  • 50% deposit required after reservation is confirmed

Additional Rules

**Absolutely no driving around the ranch after dark.  No firearms or BB guns.  No fireworks or fires not in designated areas.  Do not cut limbs from trees for firewood.  No overt drunkenness, drugs, or loud music.  No littering.  No smoking in cabins.  No glass bottles.  Swim and ride around at your own risk.

1How do I pay the deposit?
Send a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order to Riding River Ranch PO Box 34327, San Antonio, Texas 78265.
2What’s your cancellation policy?
75% refund of deposit if cancelled before 30 days of arrival. 50% refund of deposit if cancelled less than 30 days of arrival. Deposit is forfeited for no-shows.
3What’s your check in/out time?
Check in is 4:00 p.m. Check out is 10:00 a.m.
4Can I bring my pets?
Sorry, no pets allowed on the ranch. Please inform all members of your group of our pet policy.
5Can I invite friends not staying on the ranch to come and swim?
Absolutely not. No day use of swimming or ranch activities for non-renting persons. Any non-renting persons will be asked to leave the property.
6Is there Wi-Fi or cell service on the ranch?
We do have Wi-Fi in all cabins except Log Cabin and Gatehouse. There is no cell service anywhere on the ranch. Set up your phone for Wi-Fi calling.
7Do you charge a cleaning fee?
We do not charge a cleaning fee unless we are forced to. Check out cleaning procedures are posted in all cabins. Please treat our cabins with respect and leave them as you found them. Not adhering to check out procedures could result in a fee charged.
8What vehicles can I bring for riding around the ranch?
Jeeps or side-by-sides are the best way to get around and explore. However, driving around after dark is strictly prohibited. Alll vehicles must stay on designated roads; no off-roading.
9Where can I swim on the ranch?
Our Blue Hole, spring-fed lake, and Evans Springs are our most popular swimming spots. The water levels are always constant, even in dry times, due to the water being spring-fed. Bring your kayaks, tubes, and floats!
10Can I hunt?
Absolutely not! No hunting on the ranch under any circumstances. All fishing is catch and release.
